          Note: My recipes usually do not have exact measuring portions.
        You have to experiment with your sight and tongue. But the list is
        from great amount of that item to less. Put whatever items you like
        the most more or less. You are the chefs my friend!!

   
    (All the recipes serve for two =)
                               

         SALADS   

        Summer Splash
   
   
        Ingredients: Spinach, lettuce, mandarin orange, sunflower seeds,
        dried cranberries, Olive oil, Black pepper, lemon juice, Rice wine
        vinegar, salt, sugar.


   
        1. Rip up some spinach and lettuce leaves.

        2. Peel a mandarin orange and open into sections.

        3. In a large bowl, put the spinach, lettuce, and mandarin slices,
        dried cranberries. Then add in some olive oil and mix the bowl.

        4. Next, add in some black pepper, lemon juice, rice wine vinegar,
        some salt, some sugar and sunflower seeds.

        5. Mix together well and taste for changes.

 


        

       
Strawberry Spinach  (net)

        Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
                                1 tablespoon poppy seeds
                          1/2 cup white sugar
                          1/2 cup olive oil
                          1/4 cup white vinegar
                          1/4 paprika
                          1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
                          (if vegetarian, check for anchovy!)

                          1 tablespoon minced onion (optional)
                          10 ounces fresh spinach
                          1 quart strawberries - cut
                          1/4 cup almonds, blanched and slivered.


            1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sesame seeds, poppy
          seeds, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, worcestershire sauce
          and onion. Cover and chill for an hour.

         2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and refrigrate 10-15mins
         before serving.

   
       


       
  SOUPS   

        Tomato Potato Veggie Soup

        Ingredients: Tomato, potato, carrot, celery, vegetable stock,
        black pepper, salt, cooking oil.


        1. Put in the cut vegetables in the when the water is boil.

        2. Add the spices and let cook at medium heat 15 - 30 mins.

        3. Remember to scoop out the bubbles, it will make the soup
        more clear.

        Variation: Add some soft - medium firm tofu.



       
       
   
       Seaweed and Tofu Soup


         Ingredients: Seaweed, soft tofu, salt and cooking oil.

        1. Boil a pot of water, (for two people..about 2 1/2 cups of water)

      2. Add some cooking oil, and salt when the water boils, then add
      some seaweed and have the heat on high.

      3. Let simmer for 3 mins then turn to medium heat and add cubed
      tofu. Let the soup boil until there is flavour and taste for changes.
