Raye's Bio
Raye is a stong-willed & independent girl. Raye goes to T*A (Brookdale) Private Girls' School which is a Catholic school in Tokyo. She live with her grandfather at Cherry Hill Temple where she is training to be a Shinto Head Priestess. Her Grandfather taught her the Martial Arts & how to read the Sacred Fires. Raye has always had the ability to foresee things that were about to happen. She always gets strange feelings when something bad is about to happen. Raye used to be jealous (and still is in my opinion) of Serena. She thought that she should be the leader of the Sailor Scouts. She commands alot of respect but does have great leadership skills. When Serena proved that she could be a great leader though, Raye finally gave up (though she still tends to be very bossy at times). I guess deep down Raye really does love Serena, but she does'nt like to show it. Basically, Raye has both Pyrokinetic & Mystical powers. Combined with her stongwill,  martial arts training, & Shinto background, she makes a very powerful opponent.
