Menage a trois II
Size: 5.1"x2"x2.7"
This is the second of a series of three menage a trois made specially by
a Hongkong-based craftsman. The quality of the carving can be seen
in the fine detail, from the muscles in the man's thighs to his arms.
Notice too the "queue" hairstyle of the man, that was a requirement in the Qing dynasty.
The theme is of the corrupted Qing court whose officials spent most of
the time drinking and enjoying the company of women in brothels.
