The Storyline to Ah! My Goddess

  The young woman introduces herself as the goddess Belldandy,and tells him that she can grant him just one wish. After his initial shock however,Keiichi becomes a little suspicious (wouldn't you be if a woman suddenly popped out of your mirror & told you she's a goddess?) and immediately suspected his sempai might have played a trick on him. What Keiichi didn't know that Belldandy was in fact a REAL goddess with extraordinary powers. After some thought,he decides that he needs a girlfriend (he has difficulty in finding one because he's short,& also due to his shy nature) and declares,"I want a Goddess like you to stay with me forever!" Belldandy misinterprets this as him wanting her to stay with him,and thus by a powerful will,Keiichi and Belldandy are brought closely together. When his sempai return,however,and find him together with a woman (!) they force him to move out along with his luggage and Belldandy (this is due to the fact that the dorm is an all guys dorm,thus women are prohibited from entering.)   Left in this predicament,Keiichi & Belldandy look for a place to stay,and after several unsuccesful tries,they finally settle in an old abandoned temple which Belldandy uses her powers to restore to its original condition. The story starts from that point,and more characters appear,including Belldandy's goddess sisters,the voluptous Urd,who wants to bring the new couple closer together with her dubious means & potions and mechanically minded Skuld,who is concerned Keiichi might take her big sister away from her. The story deals with the situations Keiichi finds himself in, living with 3 goddesses at the same time...and is generally a very funny and sometimes touching tale.
