Evee is a young cub of an Eevee named Tulip. Shan found tulip on the side of the road. Shan rushed Tulip to the Pokemon center but unfortunately she died shortly after giving birth to cubs. Brock and Susie who owned breeding center owned tulip. To thank Shan for trying to save Tulip Brock gave her Eevee. Eevee is small but has allot of sprit. Shan wants to allow her to choose what type she's going to be when her level gets up. Guess what Eevee is going to be.
