Mousse-chan is the most kawaii anime guy in the whole entire Ranmaverse! He first appeared in "Chestnuts Roasting Over An Open Fire" Viz tape. He works at the Neko Hanten (Cat Cafe) and lives in the attic. He turns in a duck with cold water and hot water reverses the effect.
He has everything including a duck-shaped training potty in his sleeves. He uses his chains alot. One of his attacks is "Raking Talons". When he does this, some claw-like things shoot out of his shoes and he jumps from high places at people with them.
