. .Rules. .

Here are the rules ... read carefully! We wouldn't want invincible
characters and hentai, now would we? =) Rules, rules, rules... you've gotta have them, you know. Always follow them and we might actually have a little fun with the RPG. Up to three pardons will be granted to rule breakers. After the fourth time, the member will be forced to quit the RPG (feel free to report anyone breaking any of these rules). If you are unsure about any of this, feel free to
e-mail me. Well, anyways, here we go!

RPGing Rules

1. No killing other characters, unless you have owner's permission. Killing your own characters is allowed. Also, the plotting to kill another character is allowed. As long as you do not kill that character without permission. We request that you do not apply for professional killer types, characters like that just wreck everything.

2. No Hentai (XXX or adult rated material)~ keep the game clean, please. Sexual scenes that are TASTEFUL will be allowed, but still keep them tame. Also, for that matter, homosexuality is allowed, but keep it Sailor Moon-like (ex. Sailor Neptune and Uranus). Also, nudity is allowed, but don't go overbored on the details and such (Think of episode 200 in Sailormoon for reference).

3. No Godlike chars -- this means that your character cannot be in two places at once, survive a nuclear blast, etc ... unless justified! No invincibility, for that matter, as well. You must get hurt sometime. And, don't expect your injuries to heal in record time. Stay hurt for a few minutes at least. And by the way, it's impossible to avoid every blow that comes your way.

5. Give other characters a chance to defend themselves ... creating elaborate death-traps is okay, as long as an escape is put in (try challenging each other, people!).

6. No excessive violence. Writing in genocides and graphic violence 'just because' is unacceptable. If blood and gore add to the plot (a la Saving Private Ryan), then exceptions *may* be made. Otherwise, just leave it out.

7. Absolutely no controlling other characters. In other words. don't post other character's reactions. Let *them* react to the situation on their own. As an example, don't post that the character 'gets thrown back and knocked out, making them useless for the rest of the battle...'

OOC Rules

8. You must post at least once every week. If you are on vacation, post on the OOC Board and let people know you'll be gone. Also, there are some exceptions to this rule... if you can't get to the computer or are incredibly busy for some chain of reasons. If you do not post for three or four weeks, your name will be taken off the list ((unless you notify someone, like me)).

9. When creating characters, remember, no carbon copies of the original senshi. All original characters. At times, there might be time travel, and in that case, we will see the original 9 Sailor Soldiers. That should be the only time in which we see characters remotely like them, alright everyone? Be creative! =) One minor rule, when time traveling, two objects will not work at the same time.In other words, if you bring the Ginzuishou from the past to the future (considering the Ginzuishou is in the future and the past both), it will not work.

10. Avoid any direct references to actual people, nations, religions, etc. Caerleon is based in an entirely fictional setting, before any known timelines on Earth. We're making the history up as we go along. Read the entries in the FAQ for more about Caerleon's backstory.

11. Always respect the other members ... no harassment or threats.

12. Try to avoid using the Sailormoon dub names (ex. Use Sailor Soldiers instead of Scouts). I get pretty picky with this one... if you'd like, I'll send you a list of all the original names.

13. No excessively short or long posts ... don't write one-lined post of dialogue, or a novel, for that matter. Also, please try to make a conscious effort to edit your posts! Bad grammar and punctuation are very annoying to read!

14. No Swearing... Be creative or use '@#%' if you have to. I'll be pretty easy-going with this rule, however, just don't abuse the priveledge. Just don't go overboard. (Does South Park ring any bells? =P)

15. Heroes (goodies) must have a connection to the Sailor Moon mythology, no matter how vague (and SM ONLY!!). Villains should fit into the genre of the Order (Gothic, medieval, and in the fantasy-style writing).

16. Please limit yourselves to no more than 4 characters. Elaborate on each of your characters. (Don't have twenty half-baked ideas that you like to call 'characters'...) Quality vs. quantity.

17. Play Nice... don't be rude unless you absolutely have to. (In other words, be polite even if you hate someone!)

18. Have Fun ^_^
