This is an elseworlds story. A fairly simple 'what if?'. A single thing has changed, and the resulting domino effect sending changes rippling through the familiar world of Ranma 1/2, changing everything familiar into something else entirely.
Nabiki Tendo, short tempered tomboyish heir to the Tendo school of Anything Goes Martial Arts.
Tatewaki Kuno, shy, introverted poet and Nabiki's less than entirely willing fiancé.
Kodachi Kuno, demure and sweet sister of Tatewaki Kuno, the toast of Furinkan High School.
Akane Tendo, Nabiki's somewhat mercenary sister who keeps an eye on all of the angles.
Ranma Tendo, Akane's devoted brother and a sensitive 90's kind of guy.

The compiled Loveletters from the Edge is available on this site, as a zip file. Get it here.
The lemon sidestory, "Edgy Feelings", is currently completed and available on this site as well.
The story as it stands will be modified pretty soon, by separating the two Chapter 7's (it was an accident! Honest!) the addition of two new chapters, one detailing the events of Kodachi and Ukyou's competition for Ranma from the later parts, and a little bit of extra character building which got cut out in the original writing. Plus some additional clean up and so forth.
But don't think the story quite ends here! The sequel, to Love Letters from the Edge, "My Best Friend's Meddling", has been started on and the first part may be available soon.
