Firestar

First and foremost, meet Angelica Jones a.k.a. Firestar. She is a mutant with the powers of microwave manipulations. Basically, she shoots fire, and is immune to it...and she can fly. From the beginning, there was a connection between Fierstar and her fellow teammate, Vance a.k.a. Marvel Boy (now called Justice). It didn't take them too long to become serious, and in the last issue of New Warriors, Angel proposed to Vance (who accepted eagerly). Just recently, Angel's character has run into serious problems. First, overexertion of her powers might be causing her body physical damage--it might even be making her sterile. Before being able to be treated for her condition, Angel found herself and Vance being taken in by Earth's Mightiest Heroes...The Avengers! She has been somewhat reluctant to participate in the superheroe antics, but with doctors like Henry Pym on her case, she seems to be coming around.
