Hi everyone! Here's the news that I gathered up in 1997..it's not a lot but there's some interesting stuff in here you might want to know if you're going to become a die-hard Leon fan!! *^_^*
December News..
I'm so sorry everyone!! I've been so busy I haven't updated in a while..I have lots of news this time!! First, off Leon's concert isn't going to be put on laserdisc :*( Poor me..I won't be able to see his concert *sigh*
Wow, I heard Leon's not leaving Polygram after all! =) Heehee, that makes me kind of happy..what if the decide to tape the concert after all? YEAH!!
Guess what? Leon's newest cd is out!! It was released December 15th, called "Sound". It sucks so bad that I don't live in LA..the last time I went they didn't even have his EP "Leon's"..now I have to catch up with 2 cd's. @_@ My $$$, I'm going to go broke!
What do you know? All the letters I sent organizing Leon's birthday chat..well it either worked or Leon came on coincidence. But get this, Leon came in with Polygram, Paciwood, and CRII (which I think is a radio station or something), an hour early, says "testing", and then left and never came back! I thought he would but he never showed up. Before he left though, I managed to sneak in a "Happy Birthday Leon!". I was really mad because I had to get up at 2am to go chat with him and he didn't stay. >:( I guess he has better things to do.. *sigh*
November News..
Leon was selected "Traffic Reporter" for the day in HK the other day *^_^* How cute! It's said that Leon's been in trouble for speeding before because he's always in a hurry. Once he even tried to rush the cop after the cop stopped him and the cop co-operated with him!! heehee, he has ways with people. So I guess Leon's always late..heehee :o)
October News..
I know that "Love You, Kill You" is old news by now but I found the cutest poster (the first one) and the poster that I've seen all over is beside it. Leon is so cute.. *^_^*
Leon did a commercial for Hutchinson, a cell phone commercial. He is so rico-suave...wow..and he did a new thing with his hair too..take a look for yourself, here are 2 pictures that I got.. Thanks to the people that gave them to me!!
Leon's back got hurt!! =( Poor baby..he was jogging and swimming to get in shape for his concert (does he really need to? Doesn't he look great already?) and hurt his back. He had to get medication and then had to go to Korea for that film festival. He had to take his medicine with him and ended up resting most of the time. :*( My poor poor Leon.
Leon is going to the Tokyo Film Festival on November 8th for his new movie, "18 Springs". All fans in Japan, lucky you! This is your time to stalk him and enjoy his prescence!! =) I think it is also in a film festival in Korea..
Leon's new EP, the one with "100 Possibilities" is to be released October 24th. Not too long from now..gotta save up some $$$!! =)
Uh, I heard Leon is coming out with his EP soon.. I heard one of the songs from it..it's called "Yut bak yeung ho lung" (cantonese) translated into "100 Possibilities" (?). I LOVE IT!! It's the best, Leon has again impressed me *^_^*
Ok, I heard from somewhere that Polygram's head advisor wants to keep Leon and is doing all he can to keep Leon with them.. That's good, but they should make Leon their top concern if they want to keep him..they've been lagging on promotions for him.
Well, Leon has released his new "18 Springs" CD, and here is the cover for all to see.. Makes me kinda mad that I heard about this from friends and saw or heard of no advertisements from Polygram. Hope you enjoy it.. =)
September News..
**SIGH** Leon is sick. He's having throat problems, a cold or something. (BTW, Leon had throat surgery last year for all those that didn't know..I didn't know this until like a few days ago, I'm so deprived of Leon news) My poor poor Leon. It must be all those rumors, and he's under way too much stress and pressure. =( I want to do something to make him feel better (like give him a great big hug and tell him everything is gonna be ok) but I can't :*( I feel so so bad for him..
Oh dear, I'm so sick of people talking bad about Leon..There are a lot of rumors out about Leon..some about his concert in HK this december, some about the whole Polygram (or as some of my friends call it now, Polycrap) thingy, and others about Leon himself. Aiya! **sigh** If you really want to know about the rumors themselves (in detail) you can e-mail me..but, it's better of not to know if you don't already know. They're too depressing. =(

**sigh** This is upsetting..it relates to Leon kind of indirectly though. I heard that Michelle Reis (Lee Kai Yan) is dating some really rich Chinese guy =( And I was so happy for her and Leon.. They look so cute together.. **sniffle, sniffle** Oh, well. It opens up a spot for me!! haha *^_^* I wish..
Oh dear, I've heard so much about Leon and Polygram and I don't even know if any of it is true.. First thing I heard was that Leon is leaving Polygram. Another is that Leon started his own company. Another is that Leon's deal with Polygram is over at the end of next year and no one knows if he's going to renew it. (Personally I don't care, whatever he does, I support him 100%. When he's happy, I'm happy =D)
August News..
Ok, I know it shouldn't have taken me so long to figure out the name of his new CD, but I've finally figured this out..it's called " DNA 'chu twoa' " which translated means DNA gone wrong..heehee, finally! ;o)
Leon's new CD, 'DNA Gone Wrong' (I think that's what it's called in English) is being released in LA on Tuesday, August 26! To bad, I won't be able to go to LA to get it until a few more weeks.. =(
I've known about this for a while but just in case some of you haven't, Leon is making a new movie with Sammi Cheng called "Love You, Kill You" where Leon is a village boy (heehee =D) and becomes Sammi's bodyguard. Gee, I would enjoy having Leon for a body guard..
I found out that Leon has a new Mandarin album (it's called 'Chu Twoa' - oh god, I can't spell it) In English, I think it means "Wrong Appearance" but I'm horrible with translations so don't take my word for it..
I am so disappointed by this..Leon's concert that I was talking about..well, he's having it in Hong Kong only :*( So, I won't be able to see him for a while **sigh**
What I do know right now, Leon is planning on a 97/98 concert tour! Hopefully he will come see me, since I've never been to one of his concerts before.. =D
I also know that he is making a commercial right now (for cell phones?) in which he bungee jumps.. I think it should be against the law for Leon to bungee jump, I mean, what if he got hurt? It would be a travesty..
