This is Ayeka Jurai, Royal Princess from the Planet Jurai. She wrecked her ship in a battle with Ryoko and ended up stranded on Earth. Sasami, her little sister, came to rescue her. The both of them stayed on Earth for a few days, and then were intending to leave. They never really got the chance due to a carrot, and a hungry cabbit. Ayeka is physically aprox. 18 years of age, but she spent about 700 years sleeping on her ship...

Tenchi's Grandfather, is Ayeka's half brother, Yosho, the Crown Prince of Jurai. At one time Ayeka and Yosho had plans to marry. (Jurai custom is a little different than ours, it is rather common for relatives to marry. Neither of them were objecting to the marrige.) I have noticed a bit of a personality change between the Ayeka from the 1st TV series (Universe) and the OAV's (Ryo-Ohki)... her being rather nice and mentally stable in the OAV's, and made out to be a lunatic in Universe.
