Okie, this is Ryo-Ohki. She is a spaceship that normally takes on the form of a cabbit, but she can also take the shape of a crystal and a human-like girl. The reason she can turn into a girl is because in Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki 10, she assimilated with the Mass in an attempt to protect Tenchi. The Mass had been holding the form of a human girl at that point, so I assume that is why that is the form Ryo-Ohki can shift into. Ryo-Ohki is the creation of Washuu, and the battleship of Ryoko.

This is Ryo-Ohki in Pretty Sammy, in which she can talk, I'm not too fond of this though. I like the normal Ryo-Ohki much better, cute and carrot starved. In Pretty Sammy Ryo-Ohki is Sasami's little helper type cabbit. She also has an appearence as the talking cabbit in The Mihoshi Special, but that story can't really count too much considering it was entirely told by Mihoshi.

When being her humanish self, she chooses the form of a toddler, I'm not really sure as to why, but I would assume it's because she has a difficult time using the body of a mature human woman. In Ryo-Ohki episode 13 Ryo-Ohki puts on a really cute little act, of which this pic is from... Misaki of course adores Ryo-Ohki, but I think just about anyone with a human brain could apreciate this wonderful kawaii little creature. As you can tell I am not a supporter of the 'Cook a cabbit for dinner' monsters. ^-~
