Since then, it has grown and matured, and has evolved into one of the best programs of its kind. Concentrating on women's self defense, The Feminist Karate Union offers reasonably priced and thorough training in karate and self defense for women in the Seattle area. All instructors and directors are volunteers. This is a great organization!
