Sailor Mars says this, and several rings of fire appear around her, when she has built her concentration high enough, she can direct the rings to her enemies.

Mars Flame Sniper

Super Sailor Mars' attack, she says this and a small red arrow appears in her hands which forms a large red bow & arrow that's made of fire. She can shoot the arrow at her opponents.

Akuryou Fuji no Ofuda

Rei-chan or Sailor Mars can use this attacks. Rei/Mars chants on a ward (that piece of paper she has) saying, "Rin, pyou, tou, sha, kai, jin, retsu, sai, zen. Akuryou taisan!" and throws it at anything thats evil. This is an attack, which stuns or even removes evil from a person, is something she learned from being a Shinto Priestess, not Sailor Mars.
