This is Super Sailor Moon's attack with the Spiral Heart Moon Rod. Its alot like Moon Spiral Heart attack, in fact we even basically see the same background..but its different.

Moon Gorgeous Meditation

Super Sailor Moon uses the Moon KaliedoScope when using this attack, it's really her gaudiest looking attack.

Starlight Honeymoon Therepy Kiss

Eternal Sailor Moon's attack using the Moon Tier, its pretty lame..she raises the Moon Tier up and this light shines and the monster is dead. Later in the series, the attack gets a bit more complex, but not by much. As always she swings the Tier around, light shines on monster, monster dies.
