Andrew is the reincarnation of the Prince of Jupiter, and transforms into the Thoughtful Hero, Prince Andrew. Originally being from Washington, DC, one would have thought he would be a politician or a lobbyist. Instead, when he gave his valedictorian speech, he told everyone that he would be going into Business Administration instead. He went to UAB figuring that he would get a free ride. However, they only granted him a partial scholarship and he was forced to get a job managing a local ice skating rink to help pay for everything else. He first meets Damien after he comes to his rescue after an altercation with a few upperclassmen. However, instead of being grateful, he only succeeds in making Damien angry, and in the melee that followed, Damien grabbed him by the collar and reactivated his memories. He meets Lita Jamison while at work, and falls for her instantly. However, she comes to his rescue when a NegaVerse monster captures him. Damien and Nakorru show up and help him to transform into Prince Andrew.
Andrew is the silent type; always plotting, always thinking of ways to better the entire group. He doesn’t have a huge ego, but he does have a slight bit of machismo in him, which prompts him to go on the first attack against the NegaVerse, even though he knows they’re not ready. He gains character through the second training, and he learns to control his attack significantly. He also learns that love can overcome any downfall after Sailor Jupiter almost dies at the hands of the NegaVerse.
