"CD to base! CD to Base! I'm about to crash land on an unknown planet, don't know if I'll ............" "That was Cosmic's last transmission team. God only knows if he's all right." Lt. Patriot said. "He better be all right, I don't know what I'd do with out him!" Firebug sighed.
"I am not one of your gods people" CD grumbled. "You came down from the Sky, you have great powers, and your voice echo's" "MY VOICE DOES NOT !?! Okay I guess it does but, oh forget it." "Would you like to be alone great ..." "Yes I would Irene, sorry this just hasn't settled in." CD said and stared out off into the country side. "Just give it some time, you'll enjoy it." Irene quoted and exited the shrine.
Since the crash Cosmic Dude has been confused with the tales of the gods of this planet and also confused with being among them. At first he didn't mind but after a few shrines and temples were built in his honor along with a few virgin sacrifices isn't really about his own being. Back on his planet it was just signing autographs or doing pictures with children. The women here are the same as back home, he didn't mind that any. The land and way the residents dressed seemed to step out of an ancient time but was now. "An alien race thats this far behind in technology, these hand crafted blades are nice though." CD pondered while doing a few practices drills "Maybe I could try and change of few of my so called rituals" Caught up in thought CD sliced a bronze statue in two with a perfectly clean cut. "Man, White Knight would really like a few of these blades."
"Uh excuse me miss, could you direct me to the local tavern?" "Considering this is your shrine's home I thought you would know." "Actually I haven't really looked around yet. Hey no need to get hostile!" CD yelled. "Listen, names Io, your follows don't mean nothing to me and honestly I think your full of it." Io growled. "I don't want any trouble Mrs. Io, and I really don't Dig fighting Women." CD replied and received and elbow to his chest.
"Io, why do you always have to have to do that!" "Do what Alexandra?" Io smirked. "You okay mister?" "Yeah, AAH AN ELF!" CD screamed and sprawled back to his feet. "Uh hi names Laurel, whoa Io knocked off your nose." "I never touched his nose, his face is just like that." Io pondered. "Its okay, another of these folk's reasons for thinking I'm a god. Anyway I'd rather talk over a couple beers." CD said " Oh and Io good hit surprised me." "What's a beer Alexandra?" Laurel asked. "Beats me lets just go and join for a drink."
"HELLO! this isn't anything from my home but its stronger then the majority of the good stuff!" CD grunted. "Where are you from anyway Cosmic was it right." Io asked. "Well its not from this world thats one thing for sure, forget exactly where at the moment." CD guzzled down his drink as the girls watched and pondered. " You sure this guy isn't just some lazy never heard of before god who loves to drink." "Well I don't know if its the booze drinking or what Laurel but he is starting to look kinda hot." Alexandra sighed. "Someone's had to much to drink." Io and Laurel laughed. "OH CRAP I HAVE TO GO AND CHECK OUT MY SHIP!" CD shouted and left the tavern. "Did we just get left with paying this off" Laurel asked pointing to the large number of empty cups laying on the table.
"Hey buddy, that really wasn't to cool leaving us back there like that!" Io yelled dragging Alexandra behind her with help from Laurel. "Hee hee, sorry about that but I just remembered about this." CD said and flagged them over. The trio was half stunned and half baffled, "You came here in a giant metal bird!" Alexandra said in shock " I thought those were just old stories." Laurel added. "Wait a sec you know about this technology. Where did I end up?" CD asked himself and went back in to check his radio.
