An Old Friend Returns
"Wh-what happend did that poor excuse of Godzilla get dusted" I asked finally coming to. "Yes it did and you fainted after you did it you big lug." Raye laughed removing a wet cloth from my head. "Well thats what I get for doing the harder things first" I laughed with her. When we stopped I stared at her amazed by her beautiful face & figure "I didn't want to tell you but we didn't find anyone else around the temple area but a dog with a gash across its chest." Lita said as she entered the room I was in "That was him Lita he was the only thing to a relative I had here but since last night I don't think even he could survive the blast that hit him even since he is a" I stopped myself I didn't want them to know what he really was. "You would have really liked him." "He probably wouldn't like us though" said Luna and Artemis "being cats and all." "He wouldn't have hurt you guys at all he protected, never attacked cats." I told them but didn't expect everyone to start crying "Hey you guys please if Bandit's alright then his healing factor has already kicked in"
"Hey meatball head whats going on Raye's grandfather said that you guys are helping someone who got jumped in front of the temple" said a voice from the hall "Darien you have to meet our new ally" Serena said with a hint that she knew this person. A college kid walked into the room & stared dead at me. I looked down to see my mask was removed and my costume was off but the bottom half was still on, thank god. "Well is anyone going to introduce me to this guy or what scouts." Darien said. "I'll gladly to that myself." I said sitting up against the wall "My real name is Jason Lee I just showed up here yesterday and was attacked my a monster but I'm starting to find out that this happens everyday with having your own superteam here, " I told Darien "well that night I returned to the role of superhero." "What do you mean Jason your a scout too" he asked puzzled "No, I'm a captain, Captain Universe I wasted the monster that attacked me and my dog with help from the scouts and then fainted, I woke up just a little bit okay." I replied "But how can I know I can trust you with this information and how do you know the scouts Darien" "Well if you want to know then I'll show you" he replied pulling a rose out of his jacket and started to change "I am Tuxedo Mask and protector of the Sailor Scouts." "And he's my total hunk of a boyfriend" Serena added giving Tux a hug.
"Excuse me lovebirds but does anybody have the time" I asked "Its almost noon why do you ask" Ami replied. Getting up, putting the rest of the costume on and changing into my fighting gee "My boss is going to kill me and its my first day on the job." I yelled running toward the door. " "But its Saturday what kind job would make you work today?" they all asked in unision. "Its a special martials arts class only three people know of it and I'm one of them" I told them "Is that how you were able to use that fireball Jason?" Raye asked. I couldn't resist answering "That fireball is child's play when you master this art chere" "I don't look anything like" "Raye chere means pretty lady and you're one of the prettiest I've seen since I got here" I interrupted "Well thanks Jason" she said blushing as I left the temple on my way to a downtown dojo.
"Sorry about being late class, I had to help some special friends on my way here" I said to my class starting my warm-ups. "Thats alright sensie an old friend of yours has been teaching us until you showed up. " one of the students said "Who could teach this kind of class and be in the neighborhood" I thought as I walked into the practice room. The biggest surprise that has happened to me since I moved here was who it was that was teaching my class "Ryu, Ryu Hoshi , Long time no see bro!" "Jason that you" Ryu said coming over to me and we gave each other our special greating. Only the three masters know of it, a knuckle five his knuckles hitting in the gaps between mine. "Well Jason if these are your students you won't get any arguments from any of them." At that moment a pain started in my head and as it started to grow "AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH" I screamed bending down to ground and holding my head "Jay are you okay you haven't even started training yet?" Ryu asked worried "Yes and no" I replied "Yes I'm alright but we have trouble out side the dojo, very bad and evil trouble. Ryu are you ready for a good long fight." "We didn't learn these arts for showing off did we" responding the way I knew he would. "Okay class is called off for the day so you can all go home I'm sorry I really wanted do this but your safety comes first so please exit out the back." the students really had good training already.
"Ryu this thing won't be human so be ready for anything" I told Ryu "but we have to hold it off until the local special forces show up." "As long as we work together we can slow this thing down until a hundered year old Superman shows up" he laughed as we ran out the door of the dojo. "What these two humans think they can stop the Minataur" the Minataur monster said with a laugh. We looked at it and then at each other and laughed but we were ready for action. It was like old times fighting this Minataur monster. Every time it attacked we countered. Ryu went low and I went high switching with each attack.
"Raye, I think you and Jason have a thing for each other." Serena said while stuffing her face. "I do not I'm just thinking of the comment he gave me before he left." Raye yelled at her. Running into the temple came Mina, Luna, and Artemis yelling "turn on the television there is a battle going on by a dojo downtown." the three said in unision "It might be the one that Jason's teaching at!" Raye said turning on the T.V. "Zezzz two men have been fighting the monster to a stand still but they look to be worse for wear." said the voice of the reporter on the television "The major question is where are the Sailor Scouts because these men will be needing thier help, get a shot of the action Phill." The camera showed the two men one giving the monster a kick in the stomach and the other an elbow to the back of its head. "Oh my god Jason going to get himself hurt, but why hasn't he changed into Captain Universe." Raye yelled in shock "He looks to be handling himself alright without his powers but who's the guy fighting with him." Mina said looking at Raye's worried face. "Raye, you do care for him or you wouldn't be worried about him." Serena said knowing she was right. "Okay okay your right so shut up already meatball brain." Raye replied "My brain is not the size of a meatball" Serena yelled "Could have fooled me." Luna said under breath.
"Hey you guys whats going on, you sound like a pack of wolves." asked Lita, Ami, and Darien as they entered the room that the others occupied. "Jason and some guy are fighting a nega-monster by themselves and Jason hasn't changed into Captain Universe." Raye said with a concerned voice, "Serena don't say a word." "I wasn't going to Raye." Serena bawled "Girls Jason needs are help so transform already, Darien's already left to help him."Luna yelled "Moon Crystal Power." Serena said changing into Sailor Moon. "Mars Star Power." Raye said Changing into Sailor Mars. "Mercury Star Power." Ami said changing into Sailor Mercury. "Jupiter Star Power." Lita said Changing into Sailor Jupiter. "Venus Star Power." Mina said changing into Sailor Venus. "Lets go and help Captain Universe." said the Scouts in unision.
"Well Ryu think we slowed it down yet." I asked my old buddy and mentor. The minataur monster gave me the reply, it charged and caught me off guard impaling me in the stomach with one its horns and then threw me into a wall. "Jason are you alright, are you able to fight" Ryu asked me. "Yeah I'll be alright I can heal real fast so don't worry." I replied "Hold it right their nega-trash" said a voice from behind, I was glad the calvary had arrived. "We are the Sailor scouts and I am Sailor Moon" Serena started. "Your gonna get burned I am Sailor Mars." Raye added. "Here comes the storm I am Sailor Jupiter." Lita continued "Suspect to get washed out I am Sailor Mercury." Ami added "I can give you a broken heart among other things I am Sailor Venus." Mina finished. "Its about time you guys Ryu and I were just getting tired." I said holding my wound. "Jason you know all these girls" Ryu asked "man you are getting worse than Ken."
"Jason, who is this guy" Mars asked while dodging the minataur's attacks "and how have the two of you been able to hurt this thing anyway." "He is one of the other two men who know the form of martial arts I told you guys about earlier" I replied "with the two of us working together the power of the elements are increased between us but with the third we are the next group of great ones next to the originals."
Ryu and the Scouts were doing great aginst the minataur monster but were was Tuxedo Mask, I kept thinking while my wound healed. It was almost done healing when he finally showed up. I knew it was him because I heard his breathing and heart beat also I heard a rose being thrown from above. "Tux that you." I yelled making sure it was him. "It is Jason, I think we need Captain Universe, the Scouts and your friend won't be able to hold that monster off for long." Thats what I needed to hear to cause me to change "Right, cover me will you Tux." I replied "Egnima Force Activate."
"Jason you alright did you get hit by debris." Ryu asked over his shoulder in worry. "Yeah I'm okay I just restarted my old superpowers thats all." I replied flying straight towards the monster. "Oh okay, ...... What!" he responded. "Who is that, I was assigned to get the one called Sailor Mars and send her back to the boss." the monster thought to itself.
"Negatrash if you think the Scouts were trouble you ain't seen nothing yet," I said new to the hero speeches "In the name of the entire Universe I will destroy you, I am Captain Universe and you will soon be novafied." "Nice speech but it won't help my work will be accomplished by any means necessary." the monster hissed. "Mercury go for a leg sweep the rest of you go high with a roundhouse kick." I ordered and they responded with great skill. "Good work-menship scouts" Tuxedo Mask Rplied "but don't think its time you finished this fight." But before we could get a finishing manuver started the monster grabed Raye and teleported her to who knows where.
"Mars, your gonna pay for that buddy." I yelled in angrier " Sailor Moon fire up your tiara, Ryu you ready for a double do-ken." "What do you think Cap" He answered. "Moon Tiara Magic!" Sailor moon called and let her tiara fly "Ha-Do- Ken!" Ryu and I said in unision. Ryu and I's fireballs connected spinning towards the monster hitting Moon's tiara. The fireball tiara hit the minataur causing it to blow up into a million pieces. "Don't worry Mars wherever you are I'll find you and if anyone hurts you they are gonna pay!" I yelled so the entire planet hears me. I was in such a rage I wouldn't have noticed that my hands caught on fire, thank the firemen who hosed me down "Hey you guys you can stop now I'm alright"
