Welcome, followers of the great Asuka Langley Souryu, and all
other fans of Shinseiki Evangelion.
This Shrine is dedicated to my personal favorite character from
Shinseiki (Neon Genesis) Evangelion. This page was inspired when
I finally became fed up with not being able to find any sites
dedicated solely to Asuka. Of course, by the time I finally finished,
there are several. But, the more pages out there, the better.
So, seeker of knowledge, how may we serve you?
Update on the Shrine: Nothing new for right now, however, as I will be travelling to Japan for a year in October to study as part of an exchange program, and hopefully I'll have a lot of new, interesting things for this page then.
Not so new to the shrine is a translation of perhaps the final Canon of Evangelion,
The Red Cross Book. It consists of production notes of the
second Evangelion movie, Air/My True Heart for You, as well as
a glossary of terms. Available for sale only in the theaters
where the movie was shown, we now have an English translation,
thanks to Patrick Yip.
Of course, since this does deal with the End of Evangelion (the Second and final movie), the standard spoiler warnings apply.
