Washuu, Tsunami and Lady Tokami are sisters. That why Washuu's and Tsunami's shadows apperred behind Lady Tokami in Sasami's dream and in ep. 11.
This is corfromed in ep. ##, when Lady Tokami asks herself why her Sisters Washuu, and Tsunami are here.

Rumers: Washuu give up most of her god like powers (like Tsunami and Lady Tokami have) to be with the man she fell in love with. That would go with her having part of her menory block, like Dr. Clay's menroy was block about Lady Tokami. Also from the pictuer in washuu's menroy of the man she love, I belive it is the Gaxly Police Marshal, Mahosi' s grandfarther. This would make Washuu clam that Mahosi is a Gunis, to be true.
