I first met Kaos Moon through the pages of the free periodical, the Comic Shop News. It was one of those days, I was buying my stack of comics at Enterprise 1701, my local shop, and I left with the last edition of CSN. Well, to make a long story short, I found the comic in the CSNsider section. It had some black and white pictures of the covers, which, by the way, looked good even without the masterful color. From then on I kept an eye out for the comic, but I never found it in the stores, which made me kind of mad.

After a while, I found the first issue in the online comic store, Another Universe.com. Christmas was on its way and my sister got me a copy, so I didn't get to read it till December 25th, but what can I say? It was worth the wait. It's a great comic, visually and story wise.

Even after that, I had some trouble finding Kaos Moon, so I decided to subscribe to Ars Nova, which later turn to a Kaos Moon subscription. Now I have all the published comics.

Publication:

In this little space I want to share with you all the places Kaos Moon has been published. Now this are just the issues I have in my personal collection, I may be missing a few other editions, which are probably not in the states. Before you read the stats, here's a brief summary of Kaos Moon's publishing history.

Originally it was published in a couple of different German magazines, Ink and Schwer Metal (Heavy Metal). Then it reached the United States, where it got published by Caliber Comics, until 1997 when David Boller left the company. For a brief moment, you could find Kaos Moon in the pages of Threshold, a magazine published by Avatar Press. Now a days, Kaos Moon can be found on the shelves and on the net thanks to Tusk Entertainment.
Now, without further ado, here are the details of the Kaos Moon comics. I hope this information can help you find this wonderful comic. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send me an e-mail.  For the latest issues and news, visit Tusk Entertainment online. Click on the logo below.
