This was supposed to be a page where my BESM party could look and see what I had on record for the stats regarding their characters. For some strange reason, most of them don't and they tend to forget about it. Oh well.
A friend is getting everything together to run a FF7 style campaign. And of course, what would FF7 be without a weapon. To all his players, this is your worst nightmare come true for your characters.
What was once one BESM Universe, has now split into two. My original campaign was going along fine, but then I nearly wiped ot the party one to many times, so I gave them a big powerup. Some became Gun-Bunnies thanks to the Hot-Rods & Gun-Bunnies supplement, others became cyborged. In an attempt to keep things within a low power setting, I took the characters from my "first time" roleplaying group, and formed a new universe around them. But I decided to link the two together by making them the same world, just in different universes. They essentially became known as "Alpha" and "Omega" side. "Omega" is where the Magic and Psionics are dominant over science, while "Alpha" has supertech over the pudly fireballs. Damage scales are very different between the two worlds as well. "Alpha" weapons are built as personal gear, unless it is a mecha/cyborg attack. Where as on "Omega" side, ALL attacks are built on mecha scale, EXCEPT for certain handguns.

The Assassin and the Negotiator are not played on a regular basis, thus the higher CP costs for them. Think of them as the big guns that you only pull out for special emergencies. The Veteran is my main NPC so he got a slight powerboost so he can teach the party a thing or two.
And now, the "Omega" side characters. Since this group has been going along for a while now, the power levels have increased, as have my number of PC's. So I have decided to split the group up into three seperate teams.

The third status level is Magenta. They are the NPC's that I have created to do the undercover and behind the scenes work of gathering intel and what not before my PC's begin a mission. They have also taken on the secondary job of defending the other two teams from hits by assassin squads and the likes. My players have earned themselves an exceptional track record at the Troubleshooting business, and some "dark" forces have taken notice. To defend themselves, they have sent multiple hit squads against the party. Though they have been unsuccessful so far, my players were getting a little ticked at me so I created the third team as a story reason as to why the hits have stopped.
This is now the retired characters section. Gizmo was created in 1st edition with 34 points and was played as a cyborg. Through GM interpretation, 1st edition supplement books, 2nd edition conversion, a good story line arc, and a name change to Xanthes(or X for short), he rose to a 45 point character. Alas he became to powerful in his players eyes and has since moved on to a NPC story line. Takamori Shouko, or Shou for short was one of my original PC's and one hell of a gun toting knockout...literally! And now, after going from a 32 point 1st edition character to a 42 point 2nd edition character, dying once, and then being brought back months later, she starts her life anew, down the path of NPCdom...

Okay, their are some attributes that I came up with which are on here. The first one is Mechanical Control. It costs 1 point per level and comes in 6 levels. It works with Mechanical Genius on fixing and creating things, but instead deals with operating a mechanical device. It also adds to CV at higher levels, only within a mecha of some sort though. The other new attribute is Fear Factor. It costs 3 points per level, and comes in 2 levels. I will explain it later.
