Yakusoku Suru

Beloved Himura Kenshin, rurouni of many faces and many promises. When I was trying to come up with a title for this page, I had to decide which was more important to who he was. I finally decided that his promises made his character...promises shrouded in his dark past but not forgotten. I can always imagine him saying, "Yakusoku suru"..."I promise."

Although Kenshin is by far my favorite character, I do like the other characters as well. The anime has some of the strongest characterization I've ever seen and is definitely a must-see. Looking forward to watching the long-awaited OVAs! ^^

Anyway, since there are so many great RK pages and image galleries already, here you will find some pictures that I have yet to see (for the most part, anyway) elsewhere. Enjoy! ^^

These are scans from my collection of RK trading cards. There is a total of 139 cards--135 regular and 4 special. And of course, since they are intended to be traded, I'd like to do just that. At the moment, I don't have any that I'm really willing to trade, but when I do, I'll indicate it. Hopefully, some of you passersby will also be collecting these. ^^; If you're interested in trading with me, by all means, please email me! ^^

There are ten scans per page (the number per package) and they're in ascending order...click on the thumbnail for a larger picture. The scans aren't perfect...for some reason, when I was prepping them, I discovered that the edges aren't quite orthogonal, so I ended up having to cut off a little. Either the scanner's problem or the cards'. ^^; Also, some of them have little pixel-sized pink spots on them...scanner's problem. I'm too lazy to fix them now, but maybe later. ^^;;;

Also, I the store I was getting the cards from isn't selling them anymore...did I hear they weren't being made anymore or something? ^^;;; Anyway, very sad, so I may never be able to get more... T_T
