4 X 4 is a brand new techno imprint from Truelove Label Collective.
Set up by Mara Branco (aka DJ Bruiser of Sao Paulo, Brazil) who is the manager of Dragon Discs in Camden and Julian Sandell long time DJ and underground techno producer. 4x4 will give four cuts of percussive loop driven techno, from hard to deep, funky to clanking. Expect also input and collaboration with producers from both East and Western Europe on future releases. Branco and Sandell open the roster with the Clashing Sounds EP, one piece of vinyl which is truly four-track driven.
