In the second Aliya, in 8:17 there are the words Ki li kol b'chor. If you have leined the previous Parasha, you might mistakenly read it in the trope of that Parasha, which is different from this Parasha. Make sure not to do so.
In the third Aliya, the word Pesach comes up a few times. Note that the first two times it is pronounced Pasach.
