Membership
Any Free Person wishing to become a member of Tyros must attend the Palace for four days out of a seven day period, in which they will READ AND LEARN THE WEBPAGES, and meet the members of Council. Each visit must be acknowledged by at least one Council Member. After four days the Council will discuss Membership. The final vote will take place on a Council meeting day. Bios are not required, but are often times very helpful...these may be sent to the Ubar

PMs from unknown V/visitors
No PM's are to be kept between unknown V/visitors (this includes: M/messengers, O/observers ~o~ and Frees without a homestone) and any M/member without authorization; if S/someone comes in and PM's any M/member, the PM is to be copied and posted the in room.

Weapons
All weapons are to be left at the Palace gates, any action, posting within the Palace walls, of Carrying weapons.. will be reacted to, and shall be challenged and recognized as an attempt of assassination.
***Ubars and Seconds of the Distinguished Camps and Cities of Gor shall be allowed to keep Their weapons as My Guests.***
Members of the Black Caste, the Assassins of Gor,(with the exception of Honored Guests) are stripped of all weapons, chained and kolarred at the City of Ka'sra,Tyros gates. Thus, there is no idea of assassination.

THE PALACE OF TYROS IS A KILL BY Location/NO CAPTURE ZONE!

No Capture Zone
No Capture Zone, Means that noone may kidnap, capture Free or slaves, or Take anyone from the Palace and it be valid...all posts of such will and shall be ignored by all inhabitants of the Palace of Tyros.HOW EVER..Tyros IS a Forced Ko-larring Zone, meaning unclaimed slaves can and will be forced into a ko-lar.

Kills
Kills are by Location.. as in the books only the residents of The Palace of Tyros and distinguished Guests were allowed their weapons, kills in the Palace must be witnessed by a Council Member, and it must be a valid 3 post Kill. Force posting is ALLOWED. Fighting is not a dance.. never has been never will be. as Well, Death Spars, and Honor Spars will be held according to the Sparring rules posted. Valid Three Post Kills mean acknowledgement of the method, stating of weapon used and the post of the kill. Meaning.. if the post made..the opponent must acknowledge the post if he wishes to remain alive without dying. No acknowledgment, and continued posting will be judged as if no weapon is drawn, and the Death will be recognized.To make it clear, so noone misunderstands, The Palace itself..is a Kill by Member, however, realistically speaking. roleplay Outside the Palace, such as in the city of Ka'sra, is Kill Capture, in accordance, to Open combat.

Honored Guests
Honored Guests are entitled to keep weapons and be treated with the respect as one of the Ubar's trusted friends. However, they have no rank, no political power, and must abide by visitor's rules. At no time, unless dictated by the Ubar, will an Honored Guest have the right to involve themselves in any political matter either in Tyros or outside of Tyros. They are not above the Council of Tyros, and they are not afforded any courtesy of granting of power whatsoever. Council of Tyros rules on all situations in the Ubar's absence.

Free Women
As Free Women are an essential part of Gor, naturally They will be allowed in the Palace. However, because a Free Woman is just a hair above that of a kajira, LOUD and UNRULY behavior will not be tolerated. Such behavior will result in the Free Woman, if not a Free Companion, being force-kolarred.
Freewomen traveling on their Own without a proper approved escort will be at the mercy of Gor. The Ubar will not chase, bargain, nor arrange a release for You


Panthers
Panthers are allowed in the Palace as long as they conduct themselves honorably to the Dais. If any disrespect or dishonor any member of Tyros' Council occurs, the result will be CAGING, CHAINING AND KOLARING

Free Companion's Policy
From what I've seen of FCing, it seems to be a situation of "snap, I'm FCd". Thus, it is My decision that FCing should have a policy. As the scrolls state, the commitment of FCing is at least a year by a Contract. I have decided that a Courting period will take place before the Ceremony. In Tyros there will be a 7-day period of Courting before being allowed to FC. Free Companionship ceremonies may only be performed by the Ubar and the Palace Second. Please cooperate with Them for the times and dates of FCing, so They may work it into Their schedules.

Kolaring
Protection ko~lars are permitted in Tyros only in special cases that have been decided by the Ubar. In Most cases, forced ko~laring will be allowed. Sword Rights must be witnessed by one other member of Council before ko~laring, but Sword Rights can only be given by the Ubar or Palace Second. All Members of Tyros have the right to ko~lar. Personal ko~lars are permitted in the Palace. Kajira of other camps and cities, displaying their ko~lar are honored, and will be allowed to serve in the Palace. Runaway kajira will be caged and returned to their Master/Mistress.

A kolared slave wandering into Tyros may be caged and if after 72 hours is not claimed by their Owner, the slave will become property of Tyros. However,in the case of specific slaves, which hail from unknown chat sites, the slave will be issued three warnings to leave in order to preserve the honor of the "Master's" kolar. If after three warnings have been issued, the slave refuses to leave, she/he will be kolarred and claimed as Tyros' property.

Slave Buying Rights
Free's must email the Ubar to request the purchase of a slave unless an auction is held. The bid must be realistic and He or She must explain reasons for the purchase.

This is my Law Reguarding the sale of slaves... and the dealing of slaves.... so hear it well.
AT NO TIME EVER IS A FREE TO SPEAK OPENLY WITHIN THE PALACE OF THE SALE OF A SLAVE TO THEM, THIS SHALL BE DONE IN PRIVATE....AS IT IS THE MASTER'S RIGHT... NO SLAVE SHALL BE INFORMED THAT SHE IS DESIRED TO BE BOUGHT BY ANY MASTER...FOR THAT IS MY RIGHT TO SELL TO WHOM I PLEASE... IN ANY CASE.. THAT I FIND THE SLAVE AWARE OF THE DESIRE BY A MASTER TO PURCHASE HER .. I WILL DENY THE RIGHT....

There are two things that weigh upon a sale one is the offer and the other is the secrecy of that sale; therefore, none of the slaves will ever know just whom wishes to purchase them unless they are upon a block.
A slave auction will be performed in realism. There will be NO outrageous bids...note:the most a slave would ever be worth upon a Block is 5 gold.
Slave auctions will not be held to degrade any slave that has shown her worth, you ensure a Master of the slave he is buying, integrity shall be listened to, and Honor shall be set forth in all. The guilds of this Palace shall be rendered. I shall be heard and not ignored upon my requests.

Silk Types of Tyros
Kajira silks and Palace ko~lars in Tyros will be as follows:

The Pleasure silk slaves: The Red silk - {PTPG}~R~ and The Yellow silk - {PTPG}~Y~
The White training:{PTPG}~wt~. NO white silk kajira in Tyros unless in a training status. Those who are virgin and new to Gor shall be placed in whites
Because the Palace is located in Kasra, the Capital City of Tyros, kettle slaves (non-virgins) will be noted as Gray silks : training kettle - {PTPG}~g~ or serving kettle - {PTPG}~G~

Experienced Kajira Policy
Many times experienced, unowned, kajira find their way into the Palace. These girls have a separate policy. An experienced kajira without a Master, whom wishes to reside in Tyros, may be allowed to challenge for her achieved level of silks in accordance to the training plan. The "tests" may be conducted and judged by the Ubar or through the training cadre. This is in fairness to the girls who have worked hard to earn their silks and display the proper attitude of a kajira. I feel it is not justified to have them start over from the beginning. Although upon entering they will receive gray silks, they will be allowed to test for yellows in accordance to the training plan instead of starting over. However, no slaves may test directly for reds upon entering.

Avatars
Avatars worn by the Members of Council, in the Palace of Tyros, will, and shall display the Palace emblem, distinguishing them, so that New members, will know who to talk to, when considering joining. There will be no compromise upon the situation. Slaves will wear avatars that their owner approves, The Ubar reserves the right, to determine if any and all avatars are considered not to be appropriate.
