Palace kajiri, you will take all concerns and issues to a kajira trainer, she will take the concern or issue up the proper chain of command.
Above all you do NOT take slave issues to the Free. ALL slave ISSUES will be dealt with properly through the chain of command.
All kajiri of Tyros - overstepping the chain of command will NOT be tolerated.
Kajira Coordinator
the Kajira Coordinator is the Ubar's assistant in regards to training. She is the go between..... between the first and second girl and the Ubar on training matters. T/they are to assist and help the Ubar in the development for the training that takes place... this way noone is over burdened... the Kajira Coordinator helps the slaves with ideas.. and relating to the new ones coming in... she does reside as a Free over the first and second girls.. however does not have the power to over ride the Ubar... proposals for training are gathered by the Kajira Coordinator...and taken to the Ubar to review, the Ubar takes it to Council...At the Moment.. there is no Kajira Coordiantor
first girl duties
she is the eyes and ears of the Palace
she is a member of the lower council, the slaves' voice on the Council expressing the concerns of the Palace slaves and things that they would like to have considered.
she is responsible to see that all slaves are trained and conducting themselves properly.
she is responsible for overseaing the second girl making sure she is completing her duties.
she is the the head dance and healing trainer of the Palace with dance trainers and healing trainers assisting her in the training in accordance to the Tyros training plan
she will test every kajira/kajirus in the area of healing.
she will test every kajira/kajirus for yellow and red silks according to the training plan.
she reports directly to the Kajira Coordinator of the Palace.
she will have the responsibility of training all of the trainers of Tyros in accordance to the training plan.
she will work with the second girl on the develop of training and together they will offer their suggestions to the Kajira Coordinator according to the proper chain of command
she will be at ALL kajiri meetings and be prepared to run them. The kajira Coordinator will always try everything in Their power to be at the meetings for any guidance and/or help if needed.
The firstgirl will make sure that all the other kajiri are doing what is expected of them.
second girl duties
she assists the first girl in her duties and reports directly to her, gaining approval as necessary to fulfill her duties.
she is responsible for overseaing the head kajira trainer in training make sure she is properly doing her job and that the training plan is being properly implemented
she is responsible for seeing that all kajiri are doing chores according to Tyros policy, monitoring chore posts and making weekly reports to the first girl (cc to the Kajira Coordinator).
she will oversea incoming assignments, give the trainee feed back on the assignment and inform the head kajira trainer of the results by e-mail and post a summary report to the trainee's training log on the training board. she will foward assignments to the Ubar and Kajira Coordinator as instructed by Them as well as keeping the first girl informed.
she will assist in the training of the kajiri.
she is the head novice trainer
she is responsible for making sure every kajira/kajirus knows and has been quized on the Palace and kajira rules.
she will assist the first girl in testing a kajira/kajirus for yellow and red silks as instructed
she will quiz every red silk trainee in Gorean knowledge and give the review session for phase one of red silks training.
she will assist the first girl in the training of trainers.
she will keep records of all kajiri of the Palace including discipline, training, assignments, testing and other necessary notations.
she is responsible for the upkeep of the webpages under the direction of the Ubar.
head kajira trainer duties
she is responsible for all the training of the Palace kajiri, making sure they are being properly trained.
she is a novice, healer and dance trainer
her role in training of a trainer is to give direction to the trainer through correction and guidance, seeing that the trainers are training slaves correctly and properly in accordance to the training plan of the Palace.
she reports directly to the second girl, keeping her informed of training issues and concerns.
she is to have the approval of the second girl in accordance to the proper chain of command before implementing anything concerning training.
she can assign trainers to new slaves as a novice trainer upon approval from the second girl.
she will step in to assist the second and first girl in testing for yellow silks as well as the knowledge and healing section of the red silks test if asked to do so.
she will give her recommendations to the second girl, after either interviewing or completing the review session with each yellow silk trainee and before the trainee prepares for the yellow silk test.
she will assist the second girl in formulating test questions for the first girl to include in yellow silk testing.
she will give her recommendations to the second girl for each red silk trainee once her job has been completed according to the training plan.
she will assist the second girl in keeping records by keeping a backup file of all training of the Palace kajiri.
she is responsible for making sure all slaves are informed of any changes (example: website changes that affect the actions of a slave) and important communications (example: kajira meeting announcement).
the head trainer is expected to make sure ALL girls including the other trainers are keep busy in the Palace.
headtrainer is to bring any matter of discussion to the secondgirl firstgirl and the kajira Coordinator, making sure it done according to the chain of command.
Work closely with the firstgirl and secondgirl in any and all goings on with the kajiri.
she is to make sure each new kajira/kajirus receives an email and/or ICQ message welcoming them to the Palace as well as sending messages to any kajiri that has missed more then 5 days in the Palace without an explanation as to why.
she will keep track of the other trainers with their training making sure all are getting the best training Tyros has to offer.
she will know when a kajira/kajirus is ready to test for silks and inform the firstgirl and/or secondgirl.
kajira trainers
kajira trainers are to assist the head trainer in the training of slaves and giving of assignments in accordance to the training plan.
they will report directly to the head kajira trainer, keeping her informed of all progress and concerns in training.
they will post a summary of all training sessions on the training board and use the training board for all important communications between trainers.
they will assist the head trainer in quizing the trainees in preparation for the yellow and red silks test.
kajira trainers will take all issues of concern to the head kajira trainer, using the proper chain of command, overstepping of the chain of command will not be tolerated period.
novice trainer - assigned trainers that will nuture new slaves to Gor, teaching them the basics of Gor through a series of training sessions
dance trainer - she will assist and teach slaves in dancing, working with a yellow silks to prepare for the dance needed to earn red silks
healing trainer - she will assist and teach the kajiri basic healing that is needed to earn red silks. she will assist in the preparing a kajira/kajirus for the healing test through training sessions and quizing.
