The house is fully furnished and sleeps 10
comfortably. There are three bedrooms. The master has a queen size bed and
a twin trundle bed. The first upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. The
second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin trundle bed. The bedrooms will sleep
a total of 10 people.
The sofa sleeper in the living room will also
sleep two comfortably.
There is also a living room, dining room- kitchen, two car
garage and utility room. The house is comfortable for all ages, has games,
a PlayStation 2, electronic dart board, crocket, DVD's, VHS, and inside
stereo system.
Amenities: Fireplace, Phone, Cable TV, VCR,
Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator,
Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer, Dryer, Jetted Tub in
Bath, Hot Tub (shared) at the Tahoe Keys Center along
with the Olympic-size Swimming Pool (shared), Two-car Garage, Gas Grill
(BBQ), Back Sun Deck, Side Courtyard Seating Area, a Nice Yard to play
Gamest, Private Beach, Fishing in the Marina, play off the back dock, and

The views are
magnificent. The house is located five miles away from Heavenly Ski
Resort and downtown casinos. The home backs into the quiet sailing
lagoon.
In the winter the house overlooks the sailing
lagoon that can be used as an ice rink, and has beautiful views of
the snow-capped Mount Tallac.
The home is located 65 miles
west of the Reno, Nevada airport. |

Keys resort amenities as a minimal per day charge. Some of the
facilities includes an indoor Olympic-size heated swimming pool with
diving board, and outdoor swimming pool, gym, tennis, spa, harbor

basketball courts. |
