Job 1: 1 There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was blameless and upright, and one who feared God and shunned evil.

Contrasting Two Kings

I Sam 10:23-24 So they ran and brought him from there; and when he stood among the people, he was taller than any of the people from his shoulders upward And Samuel said to all the people, "Do you see him whom the LORD has chosen, that there is no one like him among all the people? "So all the people shouted and said, "Long live the king!"

1 Sam 13:14 But now your kingdom shall not continue. The LORD has sought for Himself a man after His own heart, and the LORD has commanded him to be commander over His people, because you have not kept what the LORD commanded you.
