This
is Teresa and myself (with Little Bub). Teresa and I have been friends
since 1986 - we were classmates at the Baptist College (now known as the
Baptist University) in Hong Kong. We are both pianists and studied with
the same teacher - Miss Nancy Loo.
This
is Angela Ho - she was (and still is...) my piano student. She studied
piano with me in Hong Kong, and later came to Montreal. She is now studying
with my piano teacher, Professor Philip Cohen, and I serve as the interim
professor. Besides talking about music and piano, we also share a number
of common interests - say cooking and CATS! That's why we have become good
friends. Come to think of it, I have known her for ten years already.
This
is Karen. She was my former piano student (an exceedingly outstanding music
prodigy), and now is also studying in Montreal. We always keep in touch
and would meet at least once a month.
This
is Miss Nancy Loo - my former piano teacher as well as my mentor in music. She has been an extremely inspiring teacher. She shared with me not only her knowledge in piano performance and music, but in life as well. She is caring, thoughtful, gentle, and wonderfully versatile. I always treasure the moments I when I studied with Miss Loo.
