1. Purpose - Granulator M 500/1600 is capable of shredding and granulating plastics for recycling, scrap rubber, pre-shredded tires, phone cable and etc. The initial material is steel liberated.The dimensions of the obtained material depends on the size of the cage adjustable-screen openings.The production rate depends on the kind of processed material and size of the cage adjustable-screen openings. 
2. Description - The 220 hp asynchronous electric motor drives the shaft of the Granulator through belt stretch. Nine non-adjustable rotor knives are fixed on the shaft. The processed material is fedthrough the feed opening to the inner part of the machine where it falls between the high speed turning rotor knives and the fixed, adjustable stator knives.

The granulators are designed for grinding waste polymeric materials (PEHP, PE/ P, PP, PS, PMMA) to sizes needed for consequent processing. They can operate as independent machines as well as included into technological lines for recycling polymeric materials. 

The two-section body is a stable welded and reinforced construction allowing entire access when cleaning the machine and when replacing or regulating the blades

1. Purpose
The rotor granulators are intended for processing of plastics scrap etc. It is necessary for everyone who wish to use again its technological scrap of thermoplastics. The same could be used for base machines in technological lines for granulation of pure or dirty plastics.

2. Description 
Depending on the type and overall dimensions of the processed material we offer a wide range of models with various rotor configurations and productivity. Divided in two parts body is a steady welded and ribbed unit. It allows a perfect access with the cleaning of the machine, as well as with the change and adjustment of the knives. The last are produced of high -alloyed hardened steel .The screens, which determine the grain size of the grinded material could be changed quickly and easily. The heavy model granulators have a hydraulic system for opening the upper part of the body. To the rotor granulators there are additionally flexible pneumotransport systems with ventilators for abstraction of the grinded material and its moving to hopper or to position for sacking. There exist versions of execution with the noise absorbing system, which increase the comfort at working with the machines. We offer out of the production program designing and manufacture of granulators, which satisfy the concrete and specific problems of the customers.
