Administrative bottlenecks are caused when the workload is too heavy for your executives but is insufficient to warrant taking on another staff. RETAINER SERVICES
Consulting charges are always based on time costs incurred. It would be much more cost-effective if consultants and their clients learn to operate via the phone, fax and email rather than face to face whenever viable in order to eliminate travelling time costs.
I conduct seminars only once or twice a month. I would thus be available most of the time for phone consultations. I propose to charge clients a retainer fee only $300/- per month. This will entitle you and 2 other executives to phone me any time for either a second opinion or to simply delegate me a particular project to handle. You need to pay only on a monthly basis.
FACE-TO-FACE CONSULTANCY
Time costs incurred will be charged at $600/- for a full day and $350/- for half a day. An effective use of this approach is to first mail us your semi or annual accounts for us to evaluate. I will then present my ratio analysis and highlight pertinent issues to yourself and other key executives at your Board meeting.
This approach is also practical if your management team wishes to have a second opinion, particularly with regards to the financial implications of a substantial project under review.
CONSULTANCY CHARGES
We will inform either you or your 2 pre-designated executives when the $300/- have been exhausted in services rendered. Please click range of services available for further details.
