MINUTES OF MEETINGS

Green Mountain Dreamers

December 7, 1998

OLD BUSINESS

The Green Mountain Dreamers met at Trinity College for its monthly meeting. Randy Elcan called the meeting to order at 6:30.

Member's presents were Randy, Claude and Julie Bertin, Lou, Al, Chris, Tom, and John

Tom brought everyone up to date on our portfolio. He reported that our annual club fees will be due in January 1999. The cost of the fee is $35.00.

The club voted to realign some responsibilities of club members. Chris Miller will be Data Manager and Lou will continue to be Secretary. Al proposed to bring the matter to a vote. Everyone present voted to approve of the changes

Julie reported that Boston Scientific split 2-1.

Randy informs us that the Regional NAIC workshop will begin on January 27, 1999. There will be four 2 1/2 sessions, the cost is $60.00.

NEW COMPANIES

Lou reported on Newell and Dell. Al reviewed The Limited.

No action was taking on any company.

Next meeting will be January 4, 1999 at Trinity. Everyone is encouraged to do research on a pharmaceutical company.
