Our Company, Tai Fung Textiles was first established in Hong Kong in 1965. It's initial activity was to sell Chinese wool wovens fabrics in the local market. It is also one of China's official distributor of wool fabric in Hong Kong.
Since 1983, our company
gradually shifted the bulk of its business from domestic sales to overseas markets. A subsidiary company, Fairton
Corp., was set up in New York to service our buyers there. Moreover, fabrics were shipped to other countries on
behalf of our buyers for their off- shore garment manufacturing.
In order to ensure good quality standards with short lead times and punctual deliveries, a wool worsted mill was established in the province of Guangdong China, and was named "The Home Town Mill". It is a vertical operation which includes spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing. With such an operation, we are able to have complete control over production which allows us to not only produce excellent quality fabrics, but to develop new ones as the market dictates. Combining these with services and reliability, our company has became the largest wool exporter in Hong Kong.
