I may not know alot about other peoples lives, but I do know alot about mine and the insight and lessons that can be learned with each and every step

I sit and I wonder what my life would be like if I had different parents, or I lived someplace else and sometimes I get the "poor me" syndrome going. Then I close my eyes and feel my breath as it gently flows in and out, and I realize that is ALL that matters. As long as that breath can go in..and come back out I've got a chance.

When the breath stops......then what?

Break out of those chains that bind you...feel the sun on your face and the wind in your hair, and when the rain starts feel the gentle drops on your skin. Know that you are NEVER alone. You need to learn to love yourself, before you can love others. And I don't know very many people that can say " I love you"...and know what it really means. Look in the mirror today....and say " I love you" ..and see if anyone says it back. You may be able to fool everyone else but you can't fool the person in the glass.
