Although your only one year old, there is a story to tell. Its the story of love

of gifts and faith, the story of Little Noelle.

Your mommy carried you for 9 long months, patiently waiting your arrival, she

dreamed of you and how precious you'd be, she layed down a path for survival.

She'd keep you safe and free from harm, she'd shelter you from the cold,

she'd do her job like mommy's do, and watch your life unfold.

But then one night in late December, a night of ice and snow, you decided you

didn't want to wait, you decided its time to go!

With forceful urgency you proceeded you started on your journey,

You had someplace you had to be, you didn't even have time for our gurney..

Mommy looked at me that night..... as she grabbed my one free hand, she said

to me "Oh please lady, please if you help me ....I know I can stand..

I smiled gently at mommy that night, I said "I'm sorry to say, Your baby is

coming right now sweetheart, your baby is on the way.

Mommy pushed and screamed and yelled and even called us names

She wasn't to happy with us that night, it wasn't fun and games. But then

it happened, there you were, You came to claim your fame.

You came into this world bold and strong and never made a sound, you looked

around in awe at us as we hurried all around, But it was as if you already knew

the gifts you were about to share, I saw something special that night, I saw it in

your innocent stare.

You gave to Mom the gift of trust, in Mommy's hour of need and you gave to me

the gift of knowledge ... to do my job and proceed.

The gift of life, of love and faith, the gift of innocence on your newborn face.

Your a shining star on this Earth, An Angel from above.

Your a shining star that carries the name, like a pure and innocent dove.

As years go by and time carries on, you'll grow and remember this....

Your truly loved by many and you carry many gifts.

This is a story to remember, a story for many to tell, its a story of courage

of faith and of love, its the story of "Little Noelle"
