BAKED STUFFED LOBSTER

For each lobster, you will need,
One, 1 1/2lb. chicken lobster
1/4lb. scallops (can be up to 1/2lb per lobster)
1/2stick melted butter
2 dashes Worchestshire sauce
1/2 sleeve of Town House Crackers

To prepare lobster for stuffing,,,turn lobster on its back. Then with very sharp knife, cut entire lobster, down middle.Take each side of lobster and push outward, being careful not to break though bottom. With a spoon remove innards, and also the vein, that runs, the length of the tail... Rinse under cold water, and then place on baking sheet, that is covered with foil.

Crush the crackers. Set aside.
Cut the scallops in quarters.
Put into bowl.
Add the 2 dashes of worchestshire sauce.Mix well
Add the crackers. Mix.
Then add the melted butter, making sure everything is coated.
Fill the lobster, with the stuffing
Bake at 450degrees, for 22 minutes. If u are using 1/2lb scallops, cook for another, 3-5 minutes.
If it is browning too much place a piece of foil, loosely on top of lobster.
Serve with melted butter.
Baked potatoes along with broccoli and cauliflower, are a nice accompaniment, to this dish.
