2(8oz)packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
24 vanilla wafers(cookies)
Soften cream cheese at room temperature, or in microwave.
Line cupcake pans with foil liners. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each
Cream the cream cheese and the sugar, till fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well
Fill cupcake liners half full. Bake in 350 degree oven 15-20 minutes.
When cool, top with canned pie filling. You can use, cherry, strawberry, blueberry, pineapple
pie filling. Refrigerate. Serves 24. Nice for parties :)
