Hi, quick come in and shut the door
This place is just for you and I.  Somewhere to come and relax.  Somewhere to regain some energy that gets lost in the course of living.  Somewhere to grab a great idea or to place an idea
        Take about four to six deep breaths - in through the nose, slowly, hold and slowly out through the mouth. This helps to calm and centre you.  It lowers our blood pressure and re-oxygenates our body.  Five or ten minutes of deep breathing is all it takes to relax us.
        Run a bath, with some lavender or rosemary essential oil, turn off the lights and light a few candles.  Place some soft soothing music on. Lie back in the bath and listen for the sounds of your heart beating.  Do some deep breathing and enjoy.
        When did you last have a massage or facial - you can even give yourself a lovely facial made from things around the kitchen.  Rolled oats, honey, egg yolk & kiwi fruit make a lovely face mask, egg white beaten makes a nice toner (leave on till stiff then wipe off) orange juice is a lovely natural toner.  Make your own hand cream (see my aromatherapy page)
