Currently there are so few pages out there that deal with Bisexual Big Beautiful Women that I thought it would be a great idea to award the sites that deal with these themes. We need role models for the younger generation of big beautiful women as well as women for us to look up to! We need to know that as women with an alternate form of sexuality we have others who are just like us! All of our lives we were told that just because we were big we couldn't be beautiful! We have also been told that being a lesbian or bisexual and big was a double curse! I am out to shatter all of those stigmas! With this in mind I created the Bisexual Big Beautiful Woman's Award of Excellence.
This award will be given out to the following sites:
Bisexual Big Beautiful Women who have a positive message and honor the fact that because we are big doesn't mean we can't be beautiful!
Sites made by bisexual/lesbian women who who realize that body size is not an issue when it comes to being beautiful!
Sites of other big beautiful women who deal with lesbian or bisexual issues in a positive manner and/or have links to these sites.
Other criteria:
Content - I don't want just a bunch of links. Links are great, but if that's you're only content then it's not worth an award! Any sites that are pornographic in nature (risque is fine - XXX is NOT!!!), hateful or demeaning to women, alternative lifestyles or BBWs won't even be given the time of day.
Nice layout - Are the backgrounds easy to read? I am looking for sites that are easy on the eye - no clashing backgrounds and text, no text that is hard to read. Fancy fonts are nice, and can make a great statement, but paragraph after paragraph of calligraphy is hard to read. If a page takes 15 minutes to download and it's worth it, you might get the award. If there are just a bunch of useless graphics that take up a ton of space and don't contribute to the asthetics of the site, then you won't win it. I'm fair and I realize that ring and award pages on your site are going to take a while to load. That's acceptable.
No Broken links - I check my links one or two times a week. I want to make sure that my readers can get the most up-to-date information on my site. Finding links that are constantly broken can be very annoying, not to mention time consuming. I would like your links to all be working, too!
No Broken/Stolen Graphics - I love to see all the great artwork out there and sometimes it can really set the mood. One thing I do hate is seeing an "X" where a photo or graphic can be. I know that at times services like Geocities can have problems and cause these, especially where counters and guestbook information is concerned and I do that that under consideration. If you steal graphics by linking directly to someone's server instead of saving the graphic to your hard drive and then uploading it you are a loser! Sites that do this will be disqualified. Bandwith is precious - don't steal it!
Any site that crashes my computer after 2 tries will be disqualified! I have a good computer with a big hard drive and a lot of memory, - it takes a lot to crash it!
