Burger Stir-Fry
1 lb. Ground Chuck
1 Bag Oriental, or Stir-Fry Veggies
3 c. Rice, Cooked
Stir-Fry Sauce
Seasonings, (salt, pepper, onion powder)
Start:
Heat Wok Skillet and place Ground Chuck in the
skillet
Season with salt
Brown meat, making sure that the meat doesn't crumble into tiny,
teeny, pieces
When the meat is browned, and fully cooked, drain the fat, (this
can be easily achieved by place a collander or strainer in the
sink, and pouring the meat into the collander. Rinse the meat
with hot water.)
Put the meat back in the skillet, and place the skillet back on
the heat. Add Stir-Fry sauce. Add Veggies.
Cook until the Veggies are tender and well cooked, and the sauce
is cooked into the Veggies and Meat.
Put 1 cup of Rice on plate, place Stir-Fry on
rice.
