CHICKEN STRIPS
A couple of pounds of boneless, skinless Chicken breast, (1 or 2 pounds)
A small bag, preferrable plastic
An assortment of seasonings and herbs, ( salt, peper, garlic powder, majoram, savory, sage, onion powder)
1 c. of breadcrumbs
1/2 c. flour
5 tbs. of oil
1 cookies sheet or shallow baking pan
Start:
Take the meat out of the package and wash it
off
Put the meat in a bowl, of reasonable size, and add oil
Make sure that all meat is coated well with the oil,
Now you should preset your oven to 350 degrees
Throw in the seasonings, and make sure that they coat the meat
equally, and that there aren't chunks of seasoning on some pieces
and no seasonings on others.
When all chicken is greased and seasoned, Put breadcrumbs and
flour in the small plastic bag, and bread the chicken, (put
chicken in the bag a few pieces at a time and shake until the
chicken is well covered with breadcrumbs).
As you bread the chicken, take it out of the bag and place it in
a single layer in the pan,
After all chicken is coated and placed in the pan, put the pan in
the oven, uncovered, for 35 -45 mins.
