DEATH BY CHOCOLATE

There are very few people who do not crave chocolate, at least once a month. This recipe will true get you through the rough spot, if it doesn't kill you first, (just a joke. You know I wouldn't kill you.)

1 pkg. Chocoalte Cake mix
1 four oz. pkg. Chocolate pudding
3 eggs
milk
margarine
small amount of flour, (to dust pans)
1 container of Milk Chocolate Frosting

Start:

Preheat oven to 375°

Open package of chocolate cake mix, (use the good stuff, you all know how i feel about the cheap stuff. Don't skimp in the kitchen). Keep box handy.

Add small 4oz package of Jello™ chocolate pudding mix, dry, not made.

Follow directions on back of box, substituting soften margarine for vegetable oil, and milk for water.

Add eggs, (use number specified on box, usually 3)

mix until blended smooth.

Add 1 cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet, or milk chocolate. mix into mixture with a large spoon.

Spread pans with a thin layer of margarine, and then dust with flour (put one teaspoon of flour in pan, and shake around pan lightly until the pan is coated fully.)

Pour into 2 8 or 9" cake pans, or a sheet cake pan.

Bake for 30-45 mins. Use the toothpick test to test for doneness. (insert toothpick in center of cake, when it comes out clean or mostly clean cake is done. check at various points near center, just in case you strike a chip)

Remove from oven when done. Cool in pan for 5 mins. Remove from pans, and place on wire rack, (if you don't know how to remove cake without breaking, or do not know how to get from pan onto rack, email me before you decide to make the cake shanikaryse@mailexcite.com)

Wait until completely cool, then frost with a creamy or whipped chocolate frosting.

from here it is ready when you are. ENJOY
