LOSING WEIGHT

The first thing that you need to remember when trying to lose weight is that it is not going to happen over night. You are going to have to work at it on a continual basis and you are going to have to keep on believing that you are really able to reach what ever goal you have set for yourself.

Now, you are going to have to exercise. Walking, sit-ups, crunches. What ever it takes, you are going to have to do it. Buy some aerobics tapes, or tape shows that come on TV, (I love CRUNCH FITNESS ON ESPN 2), but remember, if you do not move your butt, you will not lose your butt. Think of it as something that is chasing you: If you move fast enough you will be able to lose it.

OK, another thing that you will have to do is watch your fat and calorie intake. It is no good if you are just watch one and not the other. Try to snack on fruits and veggies. Drink water, and lots of it. These things will help you to lose weight in a more efficient manner. Try ti remember that a diet is a lifestyle and an eating habit. Not a weight lose crutch!

DO NOT TRY TO LOSE WEIGHT BECAUSE YOU THINK IT WILL MAKE SOMEONE LOVE YOU MORE, OR BECAUSE YOU WANT TO PROVE SOMETHING TO SOMEONE, OR BECAUSE YOUR "FRIEND(S)" ARE TELLING YOU THAT YOU NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT.

THIS IS ABOUT YOU. THIS IS A DECISION THAT IS GOING TO AFFECT YOUR LIFE AND THE WAY THAT YOU FEEL ABOUT YOUR SELF.
