Sparkling Peach Drink

1 fresh peach,quartered
10 ounce club soda,or sparkling mineral water
Fruit cubes(optional)
In blender or food processor,blend peach
until smooth.Pour peach puree into tall glass.
Add soda water,add 1-2 fruit cubes.

Peach And Cream Colada

4 fresh peaches,quartered
1 cup pineapple juice,chilled
1/2 cup cream of coconut,chilled
2 tsp.rum extract or 2 oz.light rum
15 ice cubes
4 fresh peach slices
In blender or food processor,
blend quartered peaches until smooth. Add remaining
ingredients except peach slices and blend until slushy.
Pour into glasses and decorate with peach slices.
Serve
Cream of coconut can be found in liquor stores,
Or in some grocery stores.

Banana Dessert Drink

2 scoops sorbet,any flavor
1 peeled and sliced banana
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 12oz. can diet gingerale
Place 1 scoop of sorbet in each of 2 large glasses
or wine glasses.Top each with banana,strawberries,
and blueberries.Pour gingerale over fruit.

Holiday Toddy

3 cups boiling water
5 tea bags
2 whole cloves
1/8 tsp.ground nutmeg
1/4 cup sugar
1(12 oz)can gingerale
In teapot,pour water over tea bags,cloves and nutmeg,
cover and brew 5 minutes.Remove tea bags and cloves,
stir in sugar.Serve in cups or mugs,with alittle gingerale

Irish Mocha Mint Float

3 tbsp.irish mocha mint coffee
2 quarts boiling water
Vanilla icecream
Dissolve coffee powder in boiling water and chill.
Pour into tall cold glasses and add a large scoop of icecream.

Lemonade

1 tbsp.fresh grated lemon peel
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup boiling water
Combine sugar and boiling water to dissolve sugar.
Add lemon juice and lemon peel.Store,covered,
in refrigerator.

Easy Punch

In large puch bowl combine:
1(48-ounce)can pineapple juice,chilled
1(48-ounce)can orange juice,chilled
1 (48-ounce)can apple juice,chilled
Just before serving add:
2 large bottles gingerale
Top with scoops of firmly frozen sherbet.

EggNog

1/2 pint.whipping cream,not whipped too thick
1 quart dairy eggnog
13 oz.white rum
Mix all ingredients together.Let stand all day!

Peacy Slush

1/4 cup sugar
5 cups water
2 1/2 cups peach schnapps
1 (12-ounce)can frozen orange juice,thawed
1 (12-ounce can frozen lemonade,thawed
1 to 2(2 litre)bottles gingerale
In small saucepan combine sugar and 2 cups water.
Bring to a full boil,boil for 3 minutes.Cool.
In 4-quart non metal container combine all ingredients,
except gingerale.Cover.Freeze overnight.Scoop about
1/2 cup slush into serving glass,top with 1/2 cup gingerale.

Fruit Cooler

1 envelope unsweetened rashberry flavored soft drink mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 46-ounce can unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
Ice cubes
Add rashberry flavored soft drink mix and sugar
to pineapple juice.Stir to dissolve.Add remaining
fruit juices.Chill.Serve over ice.

Apricot Swizzle

2 cups water
1 12-ounce can apricot nectar
1 6-ounce can frozen lemonade,thawed
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp.instant tea powder
1 28-ounce gingerale,chilled
Ice cubes
Combine water,nectar,lemonade,sugar and tea powder,
stir till sugar and tea dissolve.Pour over ice in
a puch bowl.Slowly pour in gingerale,stir to mix.

Fruit Flavored Float

1 cup sugar
1 envelope unsweetened lemonlime soft drink mix
OR cherry flavored soft drink mix
2 cups milk
1 quart vanilla icecream
1 28-ounce bottle carbonated water,chilled
Combine sugar anfd fruit flavored soft drink mix.
Add milk,stir to dissolve sugar.Pour mixture into
tall glasses.Spoon about 1/2 cup of icecream into
each glass.Slowly pour in the chilled water to fill
each glass.Stir to mix.Or mix and serve in punch bowl.

Cocoa

1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
dash salt
1/2 cup water
3 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp.vanilla
marshmallows or whipped cream
In saucepan combine sugar,cocoa and salt.
Stir in water.Bring mixture to boiling,stirring
constantly.Cook and stir 1 minute more.Stir in milk.
Heat just to boiling,do not boil.Remove from heat,
stir in vanilla.Beat with a rotary beater till frothy.
Serve in mugs,top each serving with marshmallows.

Hot Buttered Rum Mix

1 cup butter or margarine,softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp.ground nutmeg
1 tsp.ground cinnamon
2 cups vanilla icecream,softened
Rum
Boiling water
In small mixer bowl beat together softened butter,
brown sugar,powdered sugar,nutmeg,and cinnamon until
well combined.Beat in the softened icecream.Turn mixture
into a 4-cup freezer container.Seal and freeze.
Mixture will not freeze solid.To serve,spoon about
1/3 cup of icecream mixture into a mug,add rum and
1/2 cup boiling water.Stir well.

Frosty Cranberry Cocktail

1 6-ounce can frozen cranberry juice cocktail
3/4 cup light rum
1 medium banana,cut up
2 tbsp.lemon juice
4 cups ice cubes
In blender,combine cranberry juice,rum,banana and lemon juice.
Cover.blend till smooth.Add half of the ice cubes,
cover.Blend till smooth.Add remaining ice cubes.Cover.
Blend till slushy.Pour into glasses.Garnish with banana slices.

Orange Spiced Tea

1 cup orange flavored instant breakfast drink powder
1 cup instant tea powder
1 3-ounce envelope sugar sweetened lemonade mix
1/2 tsp.ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp.ground cloves
Combine all ingredients
Store in tightly covered container.Stir before using.
To use,stir 1 tbsp of the mix
into 1 cup boiling water or cold water.
