Using F hook and baby white yarn.
Rnd 1: ch2, 6 sc in first ch (6sc)
Rnd2: 2sc in each sc around (12sc).
Rnd 3-12: sc around (120 sc total). Ch1 slip stitch in next sc around.
Finish off. Paint face on with fabric paint.

Pumpkin Pop Cozy:
Using F hook and orange sport yarn
rnd1: ch2, 6 sc in first ch (6 sc).
Rnd2: 2sc in each sc around (12 sc).
Rnd 3-6: sc around (48 sc total).
Rnd7:hdc around (12 hdc).
Rnd 8: sc around.Finish off. Paint on face with fabric paint. Fits "dum-dum"pops.
