Tigger suggests that costumes should
be of light
color or should have reflective areas so the wearer
can be seen in the dark.
Costumes should be flame-retardant,
and not too
baggy or long to cause tripping as Pooh always says.
Tigger says masks, wigs, and hoods
should not obstruct
the child's vision. If they do, use face makeup instead.
Children should trick-or-treat while
it is still light,
or Tigger should carry a flashlight or glowstick for
them if it is dark.
Children shouldn't go
trick-or-treating alone. An adult
or Tigger & Pooh should accompany them.
Pooh says children should walk on
the sidewalks,
never in the street. If there is no sidewalk, walk
on the side of the road, facing oncoming traffic.
Pooh & Tigger check all candy
before allowing
children to eat it. Yummy
Most most of all kids have fun and
be safe.
