As Opal and the other children played a white male between the age of 40 to 45 years old got out, snatched the brown haired pigtailed girl, punched her in the chest and threw her into his car as she screamed once. Opal lives with her grandmother, Audrey Sanderford, who has legally custody of this child. Hair: Brown Eyes: Blue Caucasian female newborn infant was abducted from the scene of a homicide at 175 South Charles St., Apt. B-8, Strasburg, VA. "Beary Special Kids" RUBEN PIEPER Case Type :Family Abduction DOB :30-nov-1997 Age :1 years Height : 2' 7" - 79 cm Weight : 31 lbs - 14 kg Eyes :Brown Hair : Brown Circumstances : Ruben Joseph Pieper was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Laura Patricia Pieper. A FBI warrant for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution was issued for the abductor. The child has a birthmark on the back of his neck and he may be known by the nickname Rube. The abductor has a scar on her nose and on the upper part of her arm. The abductor may use the alias first name Paty, Patricia or Laura. She was abducted from the scene of a homicide at a southeast Houston, Texas apartment. The composite sketch is of a woman who may have been involved in the child's disappearance. The woman may have a large mole on the left side of her neck and other numerous small moles on her body.
