They have the greatest gifts, all for a dollar! Some neat ideas are: Crayons, coloring books, story books, non toxic markers, playing cards, tote bags for children to take special items with them to the hospital, Barrettes, Bows, Scrunchies for little girls Matchbox, hotwheels cars for boys, baseball caps........... buy a plain one and personalize it with craft store markers........ great for children loosing their hair due to cancer treatments. We, of course encourage anything with Bear's on it.......keeping with the beary special kids trademark!  I encourgae making the child a part of your family! Involve your children! Let them paint pictures as cards! Make a family gift. Ideas such as: A homemade tote bag: Purchase a plain white canvas tote at a craft store Personalize it by using permenant markers, craft markers, craft paints, etc. Create a pillow case, personalized. Again.......same idea as above, buy a white pillow case, personalize! the ideas are endless, and inexpensive. Garage sales, rummage sales often have brand new stuffed animals for pennies, purchase one, bring him home and wash him.
