Broccoli Soup





      Ingredients:

      2 LARGE CANS OF CREAMOF MUSHROOM SOUP
      1 BUNCH- BROCCOLI
      2 SOUP CANS MILK
      1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER
       

      Instructions:

      CHOP BROCCOLI TO FINE PIECES. COOK IN WATER TIL SEMI TENDER. PUT SOUP, IN PAN ON MED TEMPERATURE.  ADD TWO CANS OF MILK AND PEPPER. USE WISK TO BLEND AND STIR TIL SMOOTH. ADD DRAINED BROCCOLI. SIMMER TILL WARM AND BUBBLY.   MAY NEED TO ADD MORE MILK IF TOO THICK.

      IF YOU SO DESIRE, MAY ALSO ADD 1 CUP OF GRATED CHEESE BEFORE ADDING THE BROCCOLI.

      MAY GARNISH TOP OF SOUP BOWL WITH GRATED CHEESE BEFORE SERVING.
